Cannabis legalization, in one form or another, was on the ballot in 9 different US states in the recent elections.

The US states with marijuana legislation and cannabis legalization on the ballot included:

  • Arizona
  • Arkansas
  • California
  • Florida
  • Maine
  • Montana
  • Massachusetts
  • North Dakota
  • Nevada

What measures were on the ballot and which ones passed, or failed?  Find out in this in depth update with Hazel and Kim.  They’re dishing on the different votes and what they mean in each state.

Canadian police have been cracking down on dispensaries all over Canada, even though Trudeau ran on a pro-marijuana platform when he was elected.

Canada’s PM Trudeau enforcing the law as most dispensaries are illegal – – This is on the heels of a Government report that was recently released regarding the Task Force on cannabis legalization and regulation that will happen in the next couple of years.

Meanwhile, cannabis in Canada is still in prohibition as dispensaries are opening, Trudeau still wants municipalities to enforce the law.
