How to deal with feedback:
You’ve developed your app from the ground up. You’ve poured your blood, sweat and tears into your baby, now your baby is all grown up and is ready to be sent out to the app ecosystem where it has been banged and beaten. You want to protect it from everyone that gets in your way of giving it a 5 star rating. However you find that running interference is a battle that it getting old and tiring. Not to mention your downloads are slipping. Your app is not working the way you intended it too, where do you go from here?
The best way to deal with your app is to kick it off into the app ecosystem, wait and listen. Your users will provide you with valuable feedback and provide you additional features that they would like to see on your app. Take this as an opportunity to improve upon your app. Feedback is a way for your app to grow in the ecosystem.
