Even if net neutrality remains neutral, the gates have opened, first with AT&T allowing for sponsored content, now Opera browser is joining them in the pool.  We do hear that Netflix has settled with Verizon and possibly Comcast, into some sort of agreement that speeds up delivery times on their networks over those particular carriers.  Darn, we were cheering for the revolution that Reed Hastings was threatening to lead out the doors, tablets in hand…
