# Facebook Messenger Payments – somewhere that you didn’t hear it first…

Ran across this article on [UberGizmo.com](http://www.ubergizmo.com/2014/10/payments-feature-found-hidden-in-facebook-messenger/) – with some screen shots of Messenger showing payments potential.  Since it’s hidden in the current version, one can only speculate as to the reason it ‘suddenly’ became viewable by at least one person savvy enough to screen shot it and send it to the press…

What’s next on their list?  Partnering with Paypal as soon as they’re disengaged from eBay and running as two separate entities?  That was my out loud voice  😉
